Stuart became CEO of the Firm in 2015 having been made the Managing Director of the Firm in 2003 following his appointment to the Board and serving as a Director since 1999.
He read law in Liverpool John Moores University where he obtained his law degree. After successfully completing his Bar Finals he was called to the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. He then obtained a Masters Degree in European Law at the University of Leeds and was called to the Bar in Gibraltar in 1998.
Stuart specialises in advising international clients on international tax structuring, trusts, residency, banking and private client work, including the sports industry.
Until recently he had been the longest serving Board Member to the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses, culminating in his chairmanship of the Federation, sitting on various Government and EU Boards.
