Dairon’s first five years of practice were dedicated to litigation, advising and appearing as Counsel in courts and tribunals, in the fields of criminal, insolvency, employment and trust litigation.

Although he still embroils himself on some litigious matters, in 2003 Dairon leveraged his corporate and trust litigation knowledge to develop a breadth of expertise in many aspects of corporate, commercial and private client work with particular experience in transactional work involving the use of Gibraltar-based structures. He has advised extensively on non-contentious trust matters including trust arrangements encompassing large business portfolios and small private arrangements involving elements of tax and succession planning.

Dairon also advises on company purchases and sales and the drafting of all types of corporate and commercial agreements, advising on all aspects of Gibraltar law relating to the uses of Gibraltar companies, trusts and limited partnerships in these transactions.

An LLB Honours Graduate from the University of Greenwich, Dairon completed his Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law in London. A member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, Dairon was called to the Bar in England in 1998 and in Gibraltar in 1999. He became a Partner in of Perez Rodriguez 2006.
