Suzika Santiago BA, CEMAP

A BA (Hons) graduate from the University of Greenwich, Suzika completed her Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law in London.  Suzika was called to the Bar in England and Wales and Gibraltar as a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

Suzika has been practising in Gibraltar in a wide variety of legal areas. During this period, she has advised banks, other lending institutions, and developers.  She is well known for settling landlord and tenant disputes on different issues, including rent reviews and notices to quit. She has also advised management companies on day-to-day matters. She is very well regarded in property and real estate law. Her expertise extends to matters of probate, estate planning and wills, private client matters, general commercial work and company law.

As part of her CPD, in 2017, Suzika completed and qualified as a Mortgage Advisor obtaining the London Institute of Banking & Finance LIBF Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.

Suzika joined Gibro Group’s legal team, PRT Lawyers in 2019.  Although she continues to practice in areas of property and advising banks and lending institutions, she also concentrated on private client work and commercial law.  She is also familiar with the licensing authorities for license applications for local trading companies and planning permits at all levels. 

Suzika now heads our growing property and conveyancing team and advises clients on matters related to estate planning, wills, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
